Ornamental Kale

Ornamental cabbage is very hardy and will show beautiful displays of color throughout November and well into December. In fact, cabbage foliage only gets more impressive as the temperatures drop. 

Most cabbage and kale should be planted about 12-18″ apart. Wait to plant until temperatures are cool, and nights are below 50 degrees. Cabbage enjoys rich, well drained soil.
